Obituary for Charles Moraites

Charles S. Moraites, 90, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Menno Haven. He was born October 23, 1927 in Scranton, PA, the son of the late Steve and Mary Moraites. Charles served his country during WWII in the US Navy. He was employed for many years Ryder P. I. E. Nationwide. Surviving are: his wife Marilyn (Beam) Moraites; a daughter, Dianna, wife of Michael, Rickabaugh of Florida; a son, Stephen Moraites of New York and a sister, Dorothea Clay of Maryland; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two nieces. The Funeral service will be held on Fri., Feb. 9, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at Sellers Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Baker officiating. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Norland Cemetery with the Charles Nitterhouse Post #1599 Honor Guard providing military honors.
